Local Athletes Shine

Impressive results yesterday for Atlantic Canadians at the Canadian Track and Field championships. Halifax's Adrienne Power took the women's 200 metre sprint gold with a time of 23.47 seconds. And Jared Connaughton of New Haven, Prince Edward Island won the men's 200 metre race, with a time of 20.66 seconds. The championships are taking place in Toronto.
